During the laminar cooling process of hot rolling strip, temperature, microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of computer simulation is one of the hot topic in rolling field in recent years.Temperature is one of the important process parameters to decided the processing properties, physical properties and mechanical properties of finished stell during laminar cooling. The mechanical properties of steel is closely related to the microstructure transformation.Therefore, accurate predic temperature and the final composition and size is the important foundation in improving performance of steel products. This article will study temperature and tissue changes mechanism during of hot rolled strip during laminar cooling process.Firstly, according to heat transfer knowledge, use finite difference and energy conservation method, analysis temperature calculation conditions during strip laminar cooling process, consider the nozzle opening or closing, water density and some other technological factors, establish temperature corresponding with time model of every strip cross-section point. lay the basis for building organizational change model.Secondly, account the effect of each stage length during the laminar cooling of hot rolled strip, the size of the nozzle spacing in rolling and vertical rolling direction, the diameter of the nozzle and other device parameters, use finite difference method, obtain temperature corresponding with time model of every special strip cross-section point. provide the basis for optimization of laminar cooling device.Again, combine organization phase transition model, using the incubation period superposition principle, consider the impact of latent heat, identify Austenite phase equilibrium temperature during laminar cooling process of hot rolled strip, the organization start generating temperature, coupled with temperature, obtain volume fraction of the organizations and final mechanical properties of strip. establish temperature, microstructure and mechanical properties of phase change coupled model during laminar cooling process .Finally, based on the Visual Basic 6.0 programming software, develope temperature organizational transformation and mechanical properties simulation software system during strip laminar cooling process. according to the actual situation, the system can simulate temperature and organizational change under different conditions during laminar cooling process, get the ultimate mechanical properties of steel. realize forecasting system human-computer interaction function.
