The quality of injection water has become increasingly demanding, with the domestic exploitation of oil fields. The paper designs a efficient flotation and fine filtration device used to treat injection water, and build small-sized experimental equipment, as to the treated injection water cannot reach the standard and the running costs of treatment devices is too high.The paper analyzes the methods and shortcomings of produced water treatment, and the damage when injection water quality is not up to the standard by theoretical analysis and experimental research. We test the factors of dissolved air flotation treatment effect, through studying oil removal mechanism of flotation, and analyzing the conditions for achieving flotation separation. Finally, the paper gave the operating parameters of produced water treatment.The paper proposes a flotation and fine filtration combining process used to treat injection water. The comparative study is carried on, combining with fine filtration process. The paper studies impact of the final water quality, filtration cycle and filter regeneration, if we carry on pre-flotation. We finds the best operating parameters by orthogonal optimization test: pressure of dissolved air is 0.32MPa, dissolved gas is 37.5mL/L, the chroma of coagulant is 45mg / L, pH value is 7, flow rate is 80L/h, wastewater ization degree is 25g/L, the filtration rate is 80L/h. We got the mathematical model on this basis. And the model can be used to provide guidance for practical applications.
