Ferrocene is also called Biscyclopentadienyl iron, it is a stable metal organic compounds with aromatic. It is a sandwich-type complexes, and it is one of the most representative compound. Currently, it has been used in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental protection, agricultural production and other fields. In particular, it is widely used in energy saving, environmental protection, It has important social significance and economic benefits. Existing chemical methods for raw materials requirements are relatively harsh. And the production cost of Ferrocene is increased. In the market, the product lose their competitiveness. However, Electrochemical synthesis process causes greater pollution. It is subject to tight supply factors, so it is not conducive to the implementation of industrialization. Therefore, in presence of water, synthesis of Ferrocene research is the main purpose of this project. In the paper, the purification of dicyclopentadiene is studyed, using the method of vofa c uhuigmh b qatucahl idtyis trilalwat i omn.a t eDriiaclysc, l oepxepnetraidmieennet isth tehoer edteipcaoll y mbaesriisz a ctiaonn abned fuesrerdo c einn e isnydnuthstersiaisl production. Single factor on the yield impression is studyed, and feeding method is changed too. According to the results of single factor experiment, orthogonal test was designed. Through orthogonal test ,optimizing operation conditions are given as following: the cracking temperature is 170℃; the reaction time of NaCp is 0.5h, and the temperature is 30℃; time of Ferrocene reaction is 2h, pressure is atmospheric pressure, temperature is 25~40℃. The reaction is carried out under the protection of nitrogen; reaction solvent is DMSO.
