The spontaneous combustion of coal always occurs deep under the ground, so people can not come close. Furthermore, the hidden fire source makes the accurate detection become the key of Fire Prevention, which is also a global problem. With the rapid development of infrared technology, the detection of hidden fire source with infrared technology has become a hot issue. Using infrared thermograph to detect and analysis the change and influence of temperature field of heat reservoir loose coal qualitatively and quantitative, realizing and mastering heat transfer regularity of it has important application value.This paper studied the temperature field of the heat reservoir loose coal using theoretical analysis, experimental study and Data analysis. An experimental setup of heat reservoir loose coal was established to study the difference of 400℃linear heat source,point heat source. Infrared thermographs of ThermoProTMTP8 who were produced by Gaode company were used to get surface infrared images . Using the software of infrared camera, the surface thermal field and the radiation characteristics of 400℃linear heat source,point heat source, surface heat and 300℃,400℃,500℃linear heat source were studied. The experiment comprehensively reflected the surface thermal field and the radiation characteristics of different heating temperature and shape.Using infrared technology, the location and shape of the heat source can be roughly determined. The model can reflect the temperature variation rule of loose coal. Study on the Through to the source temperature and the surface temperature analysis obtains relationships of them.
