The actual welding process, due to the stability of welding process and welding quality, and can further stabilize the welding process control, and needs of signal acquisition of each branch and the welding arc image, in order to achieve the whole welding process monitoring. According to the present welding method has high cost and low efficiency; reduce the performance caused by plate the welding heat sensitive metal materials of high energy input welding seam; easy to produce defects and harmful metal compounds. This paper presents a dual arc pulse MIG welding method, welding technology of low energy is expected to become a low cost and high efficiency. Its working principle is the main road and bypass welding system that uses the adjustable pulse power, through the bypass pulse waveform changes, realize the matching and coordination of PWM waveform with the main pulse.The principle of Double arc pulse MIG welding, this paper proposed the Double arc pulse MIG welding control system, the control system mainly includes the design of hardware and software. hardware platform design including cross platform; design of cooling water circulation system and collecting the electrical circuit; reducing welding cell and light filter arc image In the process of software design. using LabVIEW graphical programming software as the PC acquisition center and control center, realizes control and acquisition of welding process at the synchronous operation. Software platform realize data acquisition and output electric signal in the welding process; the arc image acquisition and ash and binarization processing; implementation of welding control pulse power waveform. Through the research above, this paper established the double arc pulse MIG welding control system, in order to verify the effect of welding, we need to testing the double arc pulse MIG welding process, according to the experimental results prove that the double arc pulse MIG welding control system can ensure the welding quality in the case of low energy input. Double arc pulsed MIG welding control system through the welding arc image acquisition, marginalization process, arc image of physical information, which provide basis for welding quality detection. Achieving the precise acquisition of the electrical signals of the welding, three current and voltage signals; precise output control pulse waveform of main and bypass pulse power. Eventually monitoring of the welding process, laid the foundation for the stability of welding process control and guaranteer the quality of welding.
