Nylon industrial yarn is a high performance chemical fiber with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame resistance, resistance to radiation, excellent elect properties and dimensional stability, and it is by far the highest cost efficient special chemical textile fibers of the world. Textile auxiliaries of Nylon is very important in the production of industrial yarn, its role is to protect the fiber surface, to improve the quality of the fiber. But textile auxiliaries of Nylon in china have the problems of poor thermal stability and poor oxidation resistance. In this paper, the research is focus on improving thermal stability and poor oxidation resistance of textile auxiliaries of Nylon. A new nylon industrial yarn oil was analyzed, and antioxidants were used to improve the thermal stability and oxidation resistance of lubricants and finishes.Firstly, A comprehensive analysis on the imported polyamide oil is conducted through silica gel column chromatography, IR spectroscopy,1H-NMR spectroscopy and ESI-TOF-MS spectrometry. The result shows that oil is consist of water (5%), tetrad cane (12%),Octadecenoate decal ester(42%),Octadecenoate ethoxylate ether(4)(10%) and Oleic acid ethoxylate ether(12)(15%).’H-NMR and ESI-TOF-MS is used to explore the distribution of polyoxyethylene(EO) and determine the structure of fatty acid polyoxyethylene esters with long alkyl chain. This method is versatility to determine the ingredients and proportions and provide basis for the development of the polyamide fiber oil.Secondly,by adding antioxidants to LZ-1 and QB-3 lubricant ester,the systemically analysis was undertaken by acid value(AV),peroxide value(POV), FT-IR, TG, DSC. The result shows that antioxidants A is stronger than other antioxidants in delaying acid value and peroxide value increased. The dosage of 1% Antioxidant A shows the best antioxidation in the QB-3 oil esters:the maximum peak temperature is increased by 70℃,oxidation induction temperature is increased by 61℃. The dosage of 1% Antioxidant A shows the best antioxidation in the LZ-1 oil esters:the maximum peak temperature is increased by 34℃, while the oxidation induction temperature is increased by 55℃.Finally, antioxidants A was used to solve the problems of poor thermal stability and poor oxidation resistance of fiber oil. The dosage of 0.5% Antioxidant A shows the best antioxidation in the fiber oil-3:the maximum oxidation degradation peak temperature is increased by 56.89℃, oxidation induction temperature increase 16.71℃. The dosage of 1% Antioxidant A shows the best antioxidation the fiber oil-1: the maximum oxidation degradation peak temperature is increased by 3.68℃, oxidation induction temperature is increase by 4.4℃.
