A group of some famous apparel and footwear brands, such as Addidas, Burberry,Li-Ning and Nike and so on, made a commitment to help lead the industry towards zerodischarge of hazardous chemicals (ZDHC) by2020. All the members of the group should beZDHC for all products across all pathways. It was very useful and significant for all thecompanies of textile industry to take part in the ZDHC action since many hazardouschemicals residue on textile fabric were mainly caused by textile auxiliaries.It was reported that the Aminoethylethanolamine (AEEA) might cause the reproductivetoxicology. Especially the Chloroacetamide was indicated that it belonged to the high toxicand hazardous compound. The Chloroacetamide has been banned as a biocide in product byEuropean Commission since2012. The decision given manufacturers and formulators untilJuly1,2012to phase out use of the substances for the biocide product types indicated. Afterthat date they had been banned from being placed on the market. The textile fabric wascontacted with body of person indirectly, any hazardous chemical might cause healthyproblem. So taking into consideration of above reasons, it was very important and meaningfulto research the determination analysis methods of the AEEA and Chloroacetamide residue inthe textile auxiliaries.At first, it was reviewed the current determination methods of the AEEA andChloroacetamide by making some searches and the disadvantages of current methods weregiven out in the thesis. Based on these literatures and then some experiments were carried out.The analysis determination methods of AEEA and Chloroacetamide were got successfullyfinally. The residue of AEEA and Chloroacetamide in the textile auxiliaries was qualitativeanalysis by using GC-MS and quantitative analysis by using GC respectively.The method of determination the residue of AEEA was first reported in China and thebest condition was got by otthogonal experiment in this thesis. The research of AEEA resultindicated that the reeoveries of spiked samples were87.96%-94.28%, the linear equation ofAEEA was y=237.61x-12.597, the correlation coefficient was0.9998, the linear range was at0.08mg/mL-10mg/mL, the precision was3.13-7.51%, the detection of limits of method was0.01mg/ml.In the method of Chloroacetamide, the pH value of sample was adjusted for5to6at the beginning, and then Ammonium Chloride was added before the sample was dried. After that,the Ammonia and related stuffing was added respectively in the solid phase extraction process.The extracting solvent was acetonitrile. The research of Chloroacetamide result indicated thatthe reeoveries of spiked samples were85.26-93.43%, the linear equation wasy=74.235x-0.2878, the correlation coefficient was0.9999, the linear range was at0.02mg/mL-10mg/mL, the precision was3.13-7.51%, the detection of limits of method was1μg/mL.It illustrated that the both methods were sensitive, reliable and accurate. It was suitableand acceptable to analyze the residue content of AEEA and Chloroacetamide in textileauxiliaries.
