Research On Equipment Management Of BF Private Coal Enterprises

In macro economic development under the market environment of the downturn,improve enterprise mechanization and automation level,on the basis of production equipment in the enterprise fixed assets accounted for more and more big,how to better management equipment,used equipment,so as to realize rising corporate profits,has become a important issue facing the coal enterprises.In the case of continuous reduction of production costs,the enterprise continuously reduces staff,resulting in continuous loss of human resources and increasing difficulty in daily management of equipment.Especially for private coal enterprises,the management usually only pursues short-term profit maximization and ignores the important influence of equipment maintenance and operation safety on the long-term development of the enterprises.The operating layer obviously lacks the sense of belonging to the enterprise and cannot timely feedback and improve the working conditions of the equipment.This makes enterprises face more and more challenges in how to better manage equipment and maximize economic benefits.As the research object,this article selects the BF enterprise into a line through investigation the status quo of the current equipment management,through the way of interview induction,summarizes the BF of problems existing in the enterprise equipment management,using the ABC analysis,TPM theory and equipment for the production of the full life cycle management theory,management of enterprise equipment early,middle and late BF full-scale optimization,and highlight the improvement of equipment safety management,etc.For enterprise management personnel at all levels of systemic equipment management ideas,to solve the chaotic problem in the process of enterprise equipment management,smooth implementation for BF enterprise safety in production,obtain the corresponding contributions to the long-term development,at the same time the development of local enterprises in ningxia,especially on the development of private coal enterprise has a certain reference value.
