With the iron and steel industry into the "low profit era", iron and steel enterprises pay more and more attention to logistics management and logistics cost control, high cost and low efficiency of the logistics system not only failed to realize the value of profits, but hindered the development of iron and steel enterprises. M in recent years, the company has determined the strategic goal of "building a fairly competitive first-class iron and steel enterprise" and "manufacturing technology" and "efficiency lead". In the current context, to realize the logistics operation, need to set up an efficient and stable lean logistics operation system, need to start from each logistics link. In this paper, we study the optimization of M company’s road car, through the analysis of key factors, to find the improvement process, to develop the process optimization plan and management improvement measures, to achieve the purpose of reducing the M company’s logistics cost, and to enhance the market competitiveness of M company.In this paper, through the combination of theory and practice, the paper starts from the background of the subject, analyzes the necessity of the application, and then summarizes the connotation, goal, principle and basic framework of the research. Again on M company current situation of logistics and the concept which road bus stop, railway administrations of stranded vehicles deferred charges change after M status analysis, find out road vehicles to stop the sharp rise in the cost of the problem, through scientific analysis to find out the key influencing factors, namely unloading coal machine breakdown and maintenance factors and arrive at road car platoon car factors. The use of lean logistics theory and BPR to analyze the two factors of optimization and improvement, making the road car to stop time is greatly shortened, reducing the cost of the road car park. Finally, the economic benefits of the implementation of the optimization scheme of the road car park are generated.
