| In the course of enterprise's transformation and the actual management, to expand and to reduce the longitudinal boundary are two kinds of phenomena. It should have the rule and methodology to follow in the organization of enterprise's longitudinal relations.This article takes the longitudinal relations of our country's steel and iron logistics industry as the object of study, to analyze the rule in it.First, through the elaboration of the transaction cost theory and the longitudinal relational theory, this article gains the theory basis and the method of how to construct the longitudinal relations of our country's steel and iron logistics industry, confirms three kind of patterns of the longitudinal relational construction under the transaction cost, namely: Marketability construction, internalization construction and mixed construction, and screens four main variables which have affected the longitudinal relational construction under the transaction cost, namely: Asset Specificity, Internal and External Uncertainty, and the Information Asymmetry.Second, through the analysis of the present situation and the characteristic of our country's steel and iron logistics longitudinal relations, we can see that the existing construction of the longitudinal relational is chaotic and it could not have a good theory reference and the method to carry on the forecast, the plan and the appraisal.Third, this article separately carries on the elaboration of how the four important variables to affect the construction of longitudinal relations of our country steel and iron logistics industry, elaborates the change of internalization degree of the longitudinal relational construction, and makes the conclusions. In the analysis of the Asset Specificity, it brings in the Williamson security model as the tool. In the analysis of the uncertainty, this article divides it into Internal and External Uncertainty, and makes the static analysis separately. In the analysis of the Information Asymmetry, it brings in the foundational influence of the Asset Specificity, and carries on the dynamic analysis.Finally, using the method and the conclusion, combining the special details of our country's steel and iron industry and the steel and iron logistics industry, bringing in the steel enterprise's scale, macroscopic policy, industrial layout, logistics condition and the logistics industry life cycle and so on as the actual condition, it takes the analysis to the questions in the longitudinal relations construction of our country's steel and iron logsitics industry, and puts forward the countermeasure. |
