Xiangtan City, The Tobacco Company's Logistics Distribution Center Logistics Management Process Reengineering

The tobacco distribution of logistics center is the most important and basis link in the whole industry of tobacco, therefore, the research on management process reengineering of the tobacco distribution of logistics center has great significance to quick the construction of distribution and further enhance the core competitiveness of tobacco business. This paper gets the conclusion that problems exist not only in internal management but also in external management of the tobacco distribution of logistics center and then give the possible solution to solve problems and the detailed description to the existing problems based on the investigation and analysis of relative data to the development of tobacco logistics in HuNan province and XiangTan tobacco business logistics distribution center. In the end, in accordance with the implementation of the programme, I conduct an overall assessment.Years of practice by the author and the researches of tobacco logistics distribution are the basis to this paper. The author refers to a large number of documents about business process reengineering, and logistics distribution, and supply chain management. In addition, the author designs the solutions of problems and reengineer the business process by learning from successful experience and linking the theory with practice, and facing to the nearest status and the existing problem of the process in XiangTan tobacco logistics distribution, deeply tapping the potential, and making use of the relative theory of logistics distribution and business process reengineering. What I do above makes XiangTan tobacco logistics distribution can have a sound distribution system and perform its maximum function, then promote the healthy development of the whole tobacco industry in XiangTan city.The organic combination of the analysis on XiangTan tobacco distribution of logistics center and some relevant theories about Business Process Re-engineering is the innovation point of this paper. The qualitative factors are analysised in a quantitative way, further to optimization the efficiency of the distribution of logistics center.
