The three-dimensional structure model of wire rope is complex, the structure parameters of the wire rope, analysis of load response mechanics model and wire rope in different conditions, which can provide theoretical guidance for the design and Optimization for the production and processing of wire rope, wire rope, provide technical guidance for safety inspection. The main work is as follows:1.Through the parameter equation of wire rope, a wire rope straight and curved around the roller type wire rope UG entities, including single strand wire rope, IWRC rope, SEALE rope, IWRC rope bending, Wahlin type swallow wire rope, provides a solid model for finite element analysis.2.Through the analysis of the SEALE shares of the main parameters of the restrictive conditions of wire rope with wire or not layer side between layers of lateral femoral contact, and the geometric relationship between the SEALE shares of the two outer layer side wire is deduced, using the fitting function of the SEALE shares the main parameters of fitted polynomial, the relationship between the changes of main parameters are expressed directly fitting curve, to solve the interference problems of wire tail space SEALE shares twisting.3.Through the analysis of the mechanics of SEALE type wire rope, deduces the relationship and load distribution between each wire strain, the mechanical model of the SEALE shares of the introduction of Costello theory, the research of IWRC steel wire rope torsion strain in the Costello theory, the relationship between tensile strain and load are extended to SEALE wire rope. After the MATLAB operation to obtain the load of each wire by SEALE type wire rope, and tensile strain and torsion coefficient of four strain curve side wire twist angle with the change of the center of shares.4.Using finite element analysis method, to calculate the mechanical response after the single strands wire rope under load, the center wire contact stress finite element results compared with the theoretical calculation results, verify the validity of the finite element model of wire rope, find out the dangerous point for wire side and side loading after contact points. Using contact wire rope parameter equation of single strands of wire rope line contact local grid refinement, can solve the complex problem of wire rope. Type of steel wire, SEALE IWRC rope finite element analysis, analysis of the response after the wire rope entities and cross section under load, get two types of wire rope cross section stress and shear stress distribution of the third strength theory, according to the result of finite element of dangerous point position.
