Chiral metal-organic framework materials(chiral MOF) possess good recognition ability for enantiomers. In the paper, four kinds of chiral MOFs were synthesized, and their enantioseparation abilities as chiral stationary phase in capillary gas chromatography were investigated. The main experimental works of the thesis are listed as follows:Chirality, chiral resolution, significance of enantioseparation, metal-organic framework materials, development of chiral MOFs, chiral stationary phase, and capillary gas chromatography were introduced.Chiral MOFs [Zn(L-tyr)]n(L-tyrZn) 、 [Cobalt(II)L-glutamate(H2O)·H2O]∞ 、[Zn4(btc)2(Hbtc)(L-His)2(H2O)4]·1.5H2O 、 [ZnMg(btc)(H2O)4](NO3) 、 were synthesized and coated on the inner wall of capillary columns by a dynamic coating method, respectively. Their chromatographic characteristics were studied in capillary gas chromatography. All experimental results showed that a wide range of organic compounds such as isomers, Grob test mixtures, alkanes, alcohols and racements could be separated on four chiral MOFs columns.
