This thesis consists of four chapters:In CHAPTER ONE, Investigation and analysis of water environment in Baiyang lake, Contamination of heavy metals in Baiyang lake increases year by year recently, metals can be also accumulated to threaten public health, Review on the pretreatment and detection methods of heavy metals and plant relevant remediation technology. In CHAPTER TWO,A method for determining trace element in baiyang lake by the microwave digested-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was studied, The conditions of microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were optimized for determine As, Pb, Cd, Cr, Mn, Co,Ni, Cu, Be and Zn.The detection limit of the method for trace element are 0.0026-0.40μg/L,The recovery rates varied from 95.2-106.8%. The relative standard deviations are from 0.14%-6.4%.In CHAPTER THREE,The microwave digested-atomic fluorescence spectrometric (AFS) method was adopted for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and cadmium in reed (phragmites australis). The conditions of microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence were optimized. In given conditions, the detection limits of arsenic and cadmium are 0.010μg/L and 0.012μg/L, respectively. The recovery rates varied from 82.8% to 106.9% for asenic and 89.0% to 103.1% for cadmium, the relative standard deviations are 0.59% for asenic and 1.09% for cadmium. In CHAPTER FOUR, In this paper, two kinds of aquatic plants, Cabomba Caroliniana and Nephrolepis auriculate, which were familiar in the Baiyang lake, were researched for removing of Pb from water. The content of Pb in the two plants were determined by microwave digestion and AFS.At the selected experiment conditions, the results showed that in 14 days, the concentration of 45 mg/L Pb in the water can be down to 0.615mg/L and 0.006mg/L, and the removal rates are 98.64% and 99.87%, respectively. In the two plants, Pb can be accumulated to 8.19mg/g and 16.52mg/g, respectively.
