Features of arc Spraying Technology are: simple operation, low cost, easy to adjust chemical composition of coatings, etc. Therefore, the arc spraying are wide range of applications. Types of solid wire less ingredients are difficult to regulate, the application scope has been limited; cored wire by metal skin of the restrictions, drawing difficulty, high cost, composition adjustment difficulties.As the solid wire and cored wires have their own drawbacks, so this paper carry outgoing arc spraying powder, using a solid wire as the burning of wire to meet the outgoing carry out spraying of ceramic powder to prepare metal matrix ceramic composite coatings. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDAX), X-ray diffraction (XRD) test methods, arc-sprayed coating microstructure on the organizational structure of the worn surface were analyzed. Results of their research are as follows:Using SEM and EDAX analysis outgoing arc spraying powder coating microstructure and outgoing deposition of ceramic powder. Microstructure of the coating showed a typical layered structure, organization, and dense with a small amount of pores in the coating detected the presence of ceramic powder, indicating ceramic powder into the coating can be among the.Of process parameters on micro-hardness of coatings from the primary to the meeting were: spray current, spraying distance, atomization air pressure, spray voltage. Coating micro-hardness distribution law as follows: near the substrate material, the hardness of 537HV, when the distance of 150 m, the highest for the 569HV, the increase in hardness with the distance fluctuations, the more close to the lower surface of the coating hardness. Of process parameters on the bonding strength of coating from the primary to the meeting were: spray distance, atomization air pressure, spray voltage, spray current. Coating wear tests showed: In the dry friction and wear, when to wear the main furrow, and accompanied by adhesive wear; oil when the friction and wear to adhesive wear of the main, and accompanied by plowing wear.
