The thesis takes some automation product in SuZhou—a machine fastening screws into HD as researchful object.The system of EPSON robot,Germany BeckHoff TwinCAT PLC and PC replaces the prevenient system of IA robot and Touch Screen,and develope the soft by ourself.In the condition of guarantying efficiency,make the production more competitive.Above all,design the new control system, select and connect the hardware. Programme to control the total system with TwinCAT PLC.There are 51 input points,including EPSON robot controller,RC,pipelining,sensors and so on.And there are 47 output points,including EPSON robot controller,RC,motor drive,tower light,scanner and so on. Programme with Sequential Function Chart,IL and Function Block Diagram.Secondly,build the manipulative interface and make TwinCAT PLC and PC communicate with Visual Basic. With the programming language VB of facing object,make the interface more friendly and useful than Touch Screen.Using all kinds of ADS functions in BeckHoff makes the data between PLC and PC exchange.The soft can help to watch and control the total production. The soft programmed with VB instead of Touch Screen makes the interface more friendly.This makes the production more competitive.Finally,fix,debug and run the production for client. By analyzing the passing rate,reach the requirement of client—above the rate of 98.5%. And analyse that the working cycle of EPSON system is better than that of IA system,so the new system is accepted by client and runs in production.
