Mining electric wheel dump truck is a important engineering machinery and equipment of conveying mining minerals. Then, to some extent, the hydraulic performance of the truck play a decisive role, and its performance affects the production efficiency and safety in particular. So an in-depth research of its hydraulic performance is an extremely valuable practical significance.The research object of this paper is a heavy truck(capacity of 220t), to design the specific hydraulic system and the simulation to optimize its performance. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the vehicle structure of the truck, and analysis the electric drive system and the lifting hydraulic system; Second, each component is calculated and the design of lifting system, put forward a kind of lifting scheme of hydraulic system, and established the mathematical model of each component. Using AMESim software, finally,combined with the structure schematic diagram has set up a simulation model for the various components, and on this basis, to build the simulation model of hydraulic lifting system. General heavy mining truck’s lifting hydraulic system will produce pressure impact and the effective area of hydraulic cylinder actuator mutate easily, so simulation analysis of this paper is as follows: stopping, lifting, landing and floating working conditions of the lifting hydraulic system are successful simulation the basic dynamic characteristic curve;Jump occurs in system are analyzed, the influence of damping hole diameter of balance valve on the system as well as the cartridge valve opening pressure of the spring on the on-off characteristic and the influence of the hydraulic system. The result of the simulation show that the designed by lifting hydraulic system meet the design requirements, and the rationality of the design scheme is verified and optimized the influence of key parameters on the performance of the system components.
