Centrifugal Compressor has many advantages compared with other compressors. It is of small volume but large flow; it has excellent regulation performance and large regulation range of flowrate; it is also easy for maintenance having less easy worn parts and spare parts. These-advantages have made Centrifugal Compressor the most widely used compressor in' nowadays industrial production. As key equipment in industry, Centrifugal Compressor has some inherent disadvantages at the same time. It has narrow steady workspace and is prone to Surge. It is most happened that minor deviation leads to considerable damage. The accident usually happened in such a quick and violent way that manual handling can not manage at all. With the development of Computer Controlling Technology, it is urgent to improve the control methods of centrifugal Compressor, increase its control character.Architecture design of control system and proposes a comprehensive control strategy modeling on control system of Centrifugal Compressor is presented in the thesis. This new strategy gives overall consideration to the likely-happening factors during operation, not only makes efficient use of energy recourses, but improving the effect of anti surge. Variant limit flow is adopted to ensure the load of Centrifugal Compressor can meet the requirements by adjusting the speed of turbine. And valve jump makes output of the controller impulse. Nonlinear control can dynamically change the proportion and integral of PI controller. Compared with traditional method, this control method can more swiftly and efficiently perform anti surge. Operation and monitor process based on INTOUCH 10.0 is developed. It includes List Page, Alarm Page, Trip Page, Technics Page and Start Page. Besides, the first event indicator of trip is added into the process and turning gear motor logic is added to start page. Since Mobility Limit Flux method has the advantage of monitoring and dealing with problems such as adjusting the speed of turbine, trip and automatic startup of oil pump, it may become the main method for anti surge in the future. By applying this method, the machine set can be well protected and daily production can be ensured. At last this thesis indicates the research field for further study in the future.
