Cyclohexanone is a kind of raw material which is used in chemical industry widely. Cyclohexanone production device produces Cyclohexanone by cyclohexane oxidation process. The essential of the whole unit is the oxidation of cyclohexane, and this portion of the work is done by the centrifugal compressor, so the centrifugal compressor is indispensable large-scale key equipment in Cyclohexanone production, so that the control of centrifugal compressor appears to be particularly important. Centrifugal compressor has a lot of disadvantages difficult to eliminate, such as not applicable to small gas occasions, narrow stable operation area, easy surge and so on. These are important tasks to be solved by compressor control system.Based on the analysis of the Cyclohexanone production process and the working principle of centrifugal compressor, the author gives a systematic description of the composition principle and logic function design of the centrifugal compressor control system, especially explains those anti-surge control issues systematically. Based on the previous anti-surge control scheme, functions of hover point control and proportional control are added, the anti-surge control scheme is improved, the timeliness and stability of the compressor anti-surge control is guaranteed, so that safe running of the compressor is ensured effectively.This thesis takes centrifugal compressor control system development of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Company Limited as the background, and the author completes the process control system design by using the HMI industrial control computer, double redundancy GMR and redundant Ethernet as the framework. Using the IFIX configuration software, the author completes the host-computer monitoring system design and development. Using the ME configuration software for slave-computer programming, the author completes the logic programming of control system. The author uses variable limit flow method to adjust speed in order to guarantee the load of the compressor meeting process requirements.The whole control system is simple in structure, easy to maintain and extend, fast in response speed, precision in control,has internationalization man-machine interface, reasonable anti-surge control, it can also effectively avoid the waste of energy which is caused by traditional anti-surge control strategy, so it has good application prospect.
