Prebaked-anode aluminium cell is the major production equipment of our factrory,so its various technical conditions in a match situation is the best state for raising the electrolytic current efficiency and product qualtity,as well as the economic efficiency of enterprises a very important role.Accurate and timely grasp of the various technical parameters change,which has always been a dream of ignorant people to electrolytic goal,the traditional approach is through the instruments,meters and manual measurement tools to monitor,so that not only the people of error of measurement or analysis but to a large extent an increase in the labor intensity of the workers,and improving the labor productivity is very negative,especially in the heat-measuring cell,the cathode Steel Bar and bottom plate temperature,as measured with many points,measurement a short time interval,this phenomenon is even more apparent on the performance.The electrolytic tank furnace heat balance and shape within the current distribution within the cell,melt flow,current efficiency,energy consumption and tons of aluminium shafts life,and so have a significant impact,in turn,process parameters and operating parameters also affect the bed within the furnace temperature and shape.Real-time monitoring of changes in temperature electrolyzer shell regularly understanding of temperature and electrolyte electrolysis primary temperature,the furnace in the shape changes grasp the essence to ensure that the large-capacity electrolyzer has good electrical,thermal,magnetic,flow characteristics, aluminium cell the structure and operation parameters and optimize the control of the production process is of great significance.This dissertation is aimed at trough shell through the on-line measurement temperature,obtained by the use of electrolysis temperature,electrolyte temperature and overheating primary,the establishment of a reliable model of the cell temperature measurement within the furnace and shaped computer simulation model measuring principle with the use of soft technology, in the shape of the furnace development simulation software,in the shape of the furnace to achieve on-line monitoring of large aluminium cell lining of the furnace temperature and shape optimization studies,the ultimate realization of multi-groove within the furnace temperature and bed-and the real-time on-line monitoring,for the operation and management of the operating basis for decision-making and guidance,and ultimaterly achieving a smooth electrolyzer guarantee efficient operation and improve the current efficiency,reduce energy consumption and extend the life of through purpose.
