The vibrant machine, which has been used broadly in industrial manufacture, is a kind of machine which carries out some procedures or enhances the efficiency of mechanical facility. The vibrating machine can be applied to carry out many kinds of procedures such as feeding, screening and so on. There is a contradiction when making use of the vibrating machine. We must avoid transferring the vibration to the base of the workshop, while utilizing vibration to fulfill certain function. The anti-resonant vibrating machine designed according to anti-resonant theory has many advantages than the plain one, but its vibrant magnitude is not steady when working around the anti-resonant frequency. So abundant academic research and dynamic simulation is very necessary before the design and practical application of anti-resonant vibrating machine.The anti-resonant vibrating screen is a vacancy in China. The thesis designs two forms of anti-resonant vibrating screen according to anti-resonant theory and design criterion of vibrating screen. The one is called anti-resonant vibration-isolating screen which adds the inertial lever. The change of upper body mass doesn't influence its anti-resonant frequency. It has perfect stability. The other one sets the electromotor on the lower body, uses laminated spring to link the screen box and vibration isolating system instead of screwing compress spring, fixs the springs along the both side of screen box averagely instead of just setting the springs at four corners. So the loading of the screen box will be meaner. The academic analysis and the design of the two kinds of vibrant screen provide the academic and designated base which can be used to solve vibration-isolating problem of vibrating machine with anti-resonant theory.This design is of 2-D modeling design with CAXA—a kind of CAD software. Firstly the thesis analyzes the dynamics of anti-resonant vibration-isolating vibrating screen and anti-resonant vibrating screen, simulates their characters by MATLAB. We can know the influence on the magnitude caused by anti-resonant frequency ratio, mass ratio, damp ratio and so on. It designs the vibration-isolating system of the vibrant screen in detail according to the selected systemetic paremeters from the simulating results; calculates the detailed kinematics and dynamics parameter and checks the reliability of key parts and structure, and draws their 2-D structure blueprints by CAXA. The simulating results indicate that two kinds of vibrating screen can get smaller magnitude of lower body and steady magnitude of upper body when running about the anti-resonant frequency and designated material mass. This study proves the rationality and feasibility of two kinds of vibrating screen designed according to anti-resonant theory, offers the foundation that the anti-resonant theory is used to design the screening machine.
