As a basic screening equipment,vibrating screen is widely used in coal mine,metallurgy and other industries.Inertial vibrating screen,especially circular vibrating screen,is favored by coal mine industry because of its simple structure,low production cost and easy disassembly and maintenance.However,under severe working conditions,high strength load makes the bearing part of the vibrating screen very prone to fatigue damage,which undoubtedly seriously affects the service life and maintenance cost of the vibrating screen.Therefore,this paper studies this situation and proposes a feasible improvement plan.In this paper,the circular vibrating screen produced by a mine equipment factory in songzi is taken as the research object,and a series of improved theories and schemes to improve its dynamic amplification coefficient based on resonance principle are put forward for this kind of vibrating screen.Based on these theories,the high stiffness elastic support structure is redesigned with the disc spring as the main vibration spring.At the same time,in order to verify the correctness of the improved theory,the simplified mechanical model of inertial vibrating screen was designed and tested.Then,according to the engineering drawings of the circular vibrating screen provided by songzi factory,the finite element model of the structure with high stiffness and elastic support is established.The modal analysis of the structure is carried out first,and its first ten natural frequencies and modes are extracted.Through the analysis of each mode,the stability of the internal structure of the screen box is ensured when the predicted "damping zone" works,and the feasibility of the improved theory is verified.At last,the transient dynamics of the finite element model is analyzed,and the maximum stress point that may appear in the work is calculated,and the strength check is carried out to meet the design requirements.At the same time,the response amplitude which can be generated by applying low amplitude excitation in the damping region is calculated,and the dynamic amplification coefficient is improved greatly compared with the original structure.That is to say,the vibration screen supported by elastic structure with high stiffness can significantly reduce the excitation force required to reach the same amplitude.To sum up,this paper presents a new improved principle and design of inertialvibrating screen through simulation experiment,modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis.In this paper,the high dynamic amplification coefficient of the system in the "damping zone" is used to reduce the load on the bearing and extend the service life of the bearing.
