Split impermeable membrane is a sealing device and it is an integral part of the launch tube. It is component of roof and circular arcs, and the circular arc plate has several sub-structures arranged according to certain rules of combination. It's role is to achieve a good seal when enduring the water pressure from top to bottom, no leaking; and automatically broken when the missile is to launch and standing the striking from the bottom up.Interface between the roof and circular arcs of impermeable membrane and between the several sub-structure of circular arc plate is a typical contact problem, Simple mathematical method is not effective for accurate analysis and calculation, The finite element method is used to analysis stiffness, strength.Because the main role of impermeable membrane is sealed and waterproof, this requires impermeable membrane has a high stiffness. The deformation is small under loading, when the stiffness of impermeable membrane is high enough. Another feature of impermeable membrane is a timely moment in the missile launch separate channels for the missile to fly open. This requires analysis of the strength of the impermeable membrane. Doing working specific as follows:We establish a simplified mechanical model of Impermeable membrane. We give a static simulation to impermeable membrane based on the mechanical model. Though the results of simulation, we found the stress and deformation of impervious membrane are relatively large and can not meet the requirements. In order to provide reference data for research institutions to resolve excessive stress and deformation problems, we improved the original model. We enhanced the original model mainly by thickness of the interface of part and the overall thickness. We simulated and analyzed the several conditions. We obtained the stress, strain and deformation maps, and analyzed the results.We carry out a dynamic simulation analysis on Impermeable membrane. This paper requirement impermeable membrane should be separated in time and get out in time for the missile flight path after the shock load. We conducted a dynamic analysis under impact loading by Display Solution and Implicit Solution and study their mechanical properties.The research method and results provided a reference value to the reliability analysis of the impermeable membrane.
