Study On Networked Measurement And Control System Of Diesel Engines Based On OPC Technology

Diesel engine network control system has become the trend in the future, it is the reliable and effective way to improve the control performance of diesel engine in this kind of network information integration,which is including to realize the remote networks interconnected, to improve performance measurement substantially,to test the key parameters of on-line measuring-controlling users, to test data analysis, and to realize the remote data query and off-line analysis ability. The network monitoring technology has been used in practice and has formed certain systems for the power system in foreign countries, and the development of technology in China is relatively backward. Therefore, the networked control system for diesel engine study is very necessary.The OPC(OLE for Process Control)is the apply in a process control of the object embedding and links technology for Microsoft Company. Based on the OPC,the network control system structure of the diesel engine is designed, and the functions of the different levels is analyzed. The key of the networking is the interconnection and integration in the heterogeneous networks.This dissertation reseached the Internet connection between the equipment layer and the management,and developed the standard OPC interface.This paper focuses on the design and development of the OPC interface, the interface of the server is designed and the functions of the main server object interface functions is realized ,basing on the analysis of the OPC server software..By the VB compiler language, the function of reading and writing data with client program is developed.Because of the debugging between the Client and the Server, the communication is realized. The client reads the data from CAN card,and the data is written into the seaver as well,which succeed in the information integration between network.. Based on the OPC, the information integration between heterogeneous networks is realized, the key technology of networked control system is solved,which is the foundation of the measurement and control system of the network.
