Research On Networked Larger Measurement And Control System Of Water Pump's Integrative Parameters

This paper is original from an item on technology innovation in an Electric Pump Limited Corporation. In order to improve the level of water pump testing, a networked testing system of water pump's integrative parameters is studied in this paper. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, status and developing trend of the water-pump testing techniques in home and abroad are introduced, as well as the current networked test technology development overview is elaborated. Secondly, principles, measurement methods and construction of the system about the pump are studied, and the microprocessor's hardware system is designed according to the actual using demands. The slave computer system can realize the collection and saving of data, communicating with master computer through RS-485 bus. In the aspect of software, the design of the networked measurement and control system based on Web Service technology are introduced. In this system , the structure is based on B/S, web pages as clients to call web service are developed at ASP. NET platform, Data access is designed by ADO.NET technology, Ajax is used to update data without refreshing web pages, and all application integrations of the system are realized by the .Net platform.The system is friendly to fire wall protection, easy to system extension, and does not limited to platform, language and physical location. The experiments show that the system can satisfy the requirements of remote, network and distributed measurement and control system for pumps or similar industry systems. The system have the advantages of flexible structure , low- cost, high performance, can provide practical significance in the application of the measure and control system of water pump in the future .
