water resources is not only the foundation of natural resources, but also an important strategic resource. With the water resources crisis intensifies and the water environment problem becoming increasingly prominent, water resources shortages and disasters have evolved into one of the resources environmental problems that paid close attention to in the world. The risk, vulnerability, resilience and adaptability on relating to the disaster management and disaster prevention , as an important way of implementing sustainable development strategics, have been attached great importance by the academic, economic and social circles . This article is from the resilience force, combining the characteristics of the resilience in other areas and previous research results and Dalian's Water Resources, research Water Resource System resilience in Dalian city based on Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the gray relational analysis method .Based on the analysis of the water resources system resilience impact factors and evaluation principles based on the resilience of water resources systems , the author sets up the evaluation index system , and determine the weight of each index by the way of AHP. Weight distribution of water resources systems indicate the resilience of the main influence factors for years of precipitation, groundwater update capability, vegetation coverage, the per capita GDP, reservoir storage capacity. Firstly research water resources system resilience in Dalian City by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in from 2004 to 2008, the results show that the highest water resources system resilience in 2007 , the second in 2005, the lowest in 2008 .secondly , by the gray relational analysis method comparativly analysis if the results are correct. Derived from association degrees of the assessment years , the results are consistent with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and indicate the water resources system resilience at a middle level in Dalian City. However, compared with a high level, there are still some distances that indicating that the water resources system resilience in Dalian has a great potential recovery. Evaluation results of the research are consistented with the actual situation of the water resources system resilience in Dalian. The results show that the two analysis methods are not only completed simply and understand easily ,but also objective and reasonable.
