Rubber aggregate concrete is a kind of the rubber particles as the composition of concrete materials, preparation of a new kind of concrete. Study has just started, and from pairs of rubber aggregate concrete study of the status quo of view, will be dubbed in different size group of rubber particles of different thickness levels of fine aggregate, through its dosage and different degrees of thickness, to study the rubber aggregate on concrete performance has not been reported. This primary program for large dosage rubber aggregates on concrete properties, followed by study of the dosage of rubber aggregate and fineness modulus of two-factor the impact of change on the performance of concrete and finally the use of uniform design method, in the more within a wide range of conditions designed to meet the constraints of the final election pilot program, in the composite composition of the system test to ensure the scientific validity and representativeness under the premise of arranging the 21 testing pairs of rubber aggregate concrete to the physical mechanics studied. Research results obtained are as follows:(1) Rubber Aggregate Concrete preliminary study results show that water-cement ratio of rubber aggregate strength of the concrete significantly. Large Volume of rubber aggregate concrete (rubber aggregate dosage of 150kg/m3) intensity decreased about 50%, in order to ensure the strength necessary to adopt reinforcement measures;(2) two-factor analysis of variance test showed that the dosage rubber aggregate and fineness modulus of the mechanical properties of concrete have greater impact, particularly in rubber aggregate content on the mechanical properties of concrete more significant;(3) in the Uniform design, according to five factors, the level of arrangements for a pilot program of 21 to study the rubber aggregate fineness modulus of rubber aggregates to replace sand ratio, water-cement ratio, silica fume replacement of cement ratio, water-reducing agent content on mechanical properties of concrete. And using MATLAB software, stepwise command realized with concrete compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, splitting pressure ratio as the goal of regression analysis, the regression equation. From the regression equation we can see that the thickness of rubber aggregate extent and content on compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete was a negative correlation between the two and splitting tensile strength showed a positive correlation;(4) The four groups of different dosage rubber aggregate concrete flexural test studies have shown that, with the increase in dosage rubber aggregates, concrete flexural strength of trabecular gradually increase, the toughness of concrete significantly improved;(5) Finally, combining SEM plan, from the microscopic point of view of the rubber aggregate concrete with rubber aggregate incremental dosage strength decline in tension and compression ratio and pressure ratio fold increase causes.
