Rubber Aggregate Plastic Concrete (RAPC) is a new type of plastic concrete, which is fabricated by adding waste tire rubber particles in the plastic concrete. The research work on RAPC conducted in the past mostly focused on the ordinary plastic concrete, no literature was found on the RAPC. The main purpose is to improve the properties of Work performance, crack resistance, deformation. Has important environmental significance that would also help solve the increasingly urgent problems of environmental pollution of waste rubber. In addition, the RAPC avoid the ordinary rubber aggregate concrete prone to float and the uneven distribution of rubber while vibration which was non-vibrate and self-leveling.In view of there is no regulations of rubber aggregate plastic concrete mix design. After carefully reading the literature, summarized the results and presented a new set of RAPC mix design method. This method is based on mathematical statistics analysis which is scientific and rational. Experimental verification of the method was practicality. The results of the rubber aggregate plastic concrete mix design have a certain guiding significance.After extensive experimental research and statistical analysis the results and conclusions are as follows:(1) First, single-factor experiments were conducted. An equal volume of rubber aggregates to replace sand (instead of rate). That is to investigate the impact of replacement on concrete strength. 7d, 28d cube compressive strength and 28d splitting tensile strength was tested. Single-factor analysis of variance showed that the replacement of rubber aggregates on the plastic concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of 28d were particularly notable.(2) Second, arrange text with 5 factors, 16 levels using uniform design method. 7d, 28d cube compressive strength and 28d splitting tensile strength was tested. To investigate if different factors on the properties of RAPC have separate, interaction or acceleration effects. Using the MATLAB software, stepwise regression analysis method, quadratic response surface regression analysis showed that the rubber aggregate and cement mixing amount has a negative interaction of correlation relationship with concrete strength. (3) Third, arrange text with 4 factors, 16 levels using uniform design method. 7d, 28d cube compressive strength, 28d axial compressive strength, 28d elastic modulus, and some groups were tested impermeability was tested. Quadratic response surface regression analysis showed that the water-cement ratio and rubber powder, cement, water reducer mixing amount has a complex interaction on the strength of concrete.(4) Finally, the use of test data through the regression of RAPC 28d strength relationship of water-cement ratio, the rubber aggregate content etc. ; made of rubber plastic aggregate concrete mix design method.
