This paper based on fractal theory of rubber concrete method the mechanical properties and surface crack extension fractal research, committed to the fractal theory fractal value to represent the aggregate concrete gradation and surface crack. The study main are:1) Under the same conditions of water-cement ratio and curing conditions, the rubber particles of different proportions of alternative sand, rubber particle content were0%of the volume of fine aggregate,10%,20%,30%,40%, the particles of rubber mixing content is0%of the concrete called benchmark concrete; while The selection of fractal dimension value2.2,2.3,2.4,2.5,2.6prepared different sets of rubber particles content and the fractal dimension of the rubber concrete block.2) Analyzes the particles in the rubber dosage and fractal dimension of rubber on the change of the concrete compressive strength and flexural mechanical properties such as influence, and with curve fitting and significant difference numerical analysis.3) Introduces the concrete crack characteristic parameters of the quantitative analysis method and simple analysis of concrete surface crack expansion rubber.4) Theoretically discussed the optimization of rubber concrete design.
