The Cultural Connotation And Application In Landscape Of Plant

Landscape is an art of space that reflects social ideology, as an important part of landscape, plant has the most quantity, the biggest proportion, at the same time, it also can improve ecological environment and create beautiful landscape. In fact, under the influence of profound chinese traditional culture, the chinese plant had agglomerated culture contents deeply, some ancients even anthropomorphized the plant, contacted some features of plant with art expression such as literature,painting and sculpture, which not only deeped the level of aesthetics, but also enriched the contents of plant appreciation.This paper is on the basis of reading lots of documentations and investigating actually, try to understand the chinese profound culture of plant, the expression and the medium in ancient and modern landscape, in connection with problems of traditional plant culture in modern times, make a proposal that Landscape plant shoule link with advanced technology and culture, so let the expression of spirit of traditional plant culture can inherit and develop in modern times, and form a new culture and spirit in the future. Three results as follows:(1) By reading lots of documentations, get a summary that plant which anthropomorphized had been symbolizing exalted ideas,feelings of pursuit,magnificent imagination,interesting of think,opinions of passion and friendness for human, which not only has deep meanings, but also connected with nature,literature,painting and sculpture to make each other more brilliant.(2) By investigating incient garden,botanical garden and flower display, sum up that the expression and medium of plant culture in creating landscape in incient and moderm garden, excavate implications for plant culture fully, to show the profound for chinese plant cultue, to represent the artistic conception through plant culture, and sublime the artistic influence for landscape at last.(3) By Disscussing knowledge and examples, propose problems for plant culture in moderm landscape application, how to use the essence of traditional plant culture in moderm landscape and design, to explain the meaning of plant in new situation; how to play a more important part for plant in moderm landscape according to requirement for new times to landscape construction, at the same time for improving ecological environment, shape exalted sentiments, inherit and develop chinese traditional plant cultue in normal life unknownlly.
