The rapid development of auto industry, Chery as the only 10-year-old independent brands, not only in the joint brand of monopoly in the Chinese market spell and take some market share, but also shoulder the burden of national auto industry development, which requires Chery to produce cost-effective products.In this dissertation, the same model with the Japanese and Korean series compared to identify gaps and positioning, combined with the company's actual model and process for the body stamping materials analysis, using optimization theory with mechanical, the optimal layout, die optimization, test optimization, optimal utilization of the principle of steel were described, some using computer optimization calculated the corresponding optimization program; and a combination of design automobile project development process, product design, process design, die design , the manufacturing process there is the problem of low steel availability was optimized proposed layout optimization, specification optimization, scrap use, process scheduling optimization, a model two (pieces), spare parts optimization, the use of new technologies such as multi- species specific optimization.This not only raised many technical aspects of the optimization program, while the introduction of the concept of management optimization, the optimization by management to promote, assist, testing technology to optimize the implementation of the program, and the technology to optimize the process of re-optimization, ensuring the company as soon as possible quality reflects the effectiveness of optimization.Through the optimization and control for, the results fully reflect the gradual formation of a system optimized for the needs of the company, the current to steel availability become a true system optimization projects, and continuing the development and innovation.
