In order to transport conveniently, Three-dimensional of a large steel library shelves, load complex is designed to be removable connection structure. Therefore, most of three-dimensional library shelves steel structure is connected with high strength bolt. When shelf steel structure withstand wind load, snow load, seismic load and the roof maintenance load, the designer concerns shelf structure whether there is sufficient strength, rigidity, stability. Finite element analysis method is used to determine the structural of strength, rigidity and stability of the critical load during design.The three-dimensional steel library shelves structure as the research object, ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to do the following works:1.Using parameterized language to establish finite element model of steel shelves structure; 2.Using statics analysis to determine whether the structure has sufficient strength and stiffness; 3. Using modal analysis to determine the structure of the natural frequencies and mode shape ;4.Using stability analysis to calculate the critical load of the structure ; 5. Calculating the intensity of flanged joint bolts, nuts, flange,stress distribution, bolt preload and the influence of friction coefficient on the strength.It shows that steel shelf structure has sufficient strength, rigidity and stability under various load combination. Value of 8.0005. The critical load of structure is be calculated. The spectrum analysis and time history analysis with Seismic load on the structure, calculate the structure has great safety margin in strength and rigidity;Through the strength of flange connections are calculated to determine the preload bolt flange connections 20000N more appropriate, from the calculation results, we can see that the friction coefficient is less impact on the calculation The result provide a basis for analysis of the other steel structure and the foundation for optimal design.
