In recent years, diabetes was a clear upward trend of increasing year by year in China. There are about 40 million diabetic patients in our country nowadays. The incidence rate of diabetes in China is second in the world after India. It will bring about huge losses of China's national income and will be potential threat to the sustainable development of China. At present, it is a new means of treating diabetes, which is generally accepted, to use the blood glucose meter to test and to use insulin pump to supply drugs. However, the simply combination is open-loop.After the test of blood glucose level, the insulin doses which patients need must be computed through a complexed way.It can not be achieved real-time control of the supply. There for,a closed-loop insulin injection concept was proposed.Blood glucose data acquisition and control system based on wireless communication is presented in this dissertation.Begin with, the system is a minimally invasive manner in patients with diabetes continuous glucose monitoring. What's more,we conclude the injection volume from the blood glucose value.Last,by way of wireless radio frequency glucose meter control and guide insulin pump injection. It laid a theoretical foundation and practical basis for the future of the closed-loop insulin injection system. The development and work of glucose meter and insulin pump are introduced firstly. Then around the overall goal, blood glucose data collection,RF wireless communications and control of motor drive are introduced. Finally, the online simulation debugging is experimented based on the experiment board board. And the feasibility of the experiment is verified by data analysis.
