At present,the prevalence of diabetes in the elderly is increasing year by year,and it is difficult for the elderly to complete the process of measuring blood glucose independently.Therefore,this paper designs an automatic device for blood glucose detection for the elderly.The thesis completed the following work:First,it introduces the situation of diabetes in my country,especially the elderly suffering from diabetes,reviews the development of domestic and foreign blood glucose testing equipment,and analyzes the characteristics of the main home blood glucose testing equipment on the market.At present,the operation steps of the home blood glucose detection instrument are relatively complicated,and it is very difficult to operate for the elderly,especially the elderly with underlying diseases.Second,the elderly have poor eyesight,vertigo,many basic diseases,inconvenience,and most elderly people are living alone.The design requirements of automatic blood glucose detection devices are proposed.Two design schemes for automatic blood glucose detection devices are proposed.After the motion analysis design scheme 1,the exercise stroke is large,the adjustment is inconvenient,and the force is uneven.The second scheme is selected as the design scheme of the automatic blood glucose detection device.Third,establish the kinematics model of the automatic blood glucose detection device,and obtain the movement law of each mechanism of the automatic blood glucose detection device.The push rod rises 17.5mm,the swing arm rotates 90 degrees,and the test strip insertion depth is 11.1mm.Establish a kinematics simulation analysis model to determine the motion trajectory and motion law of the mechanism.The dynamic analysis of the needle sticking mechanism and the test strip inserting and pulling mechanism of the automatic device shows that the force applied to the fingertip skin during the needle sticking process is about 30 ?N,which is easy for the human body to accept.The maximum stress on the test strip during the insertion and extraction process of the test strip is 0.514 Mpa,the force is reasonable,and the test strip can reliably realize the insertion and extraction action.Fourth,carry out research on the control system of the automatic blood glucose detection device,and propose a complete control plan for the automatic blood glucose detection device.Taking the motor as the control object,the joint simulation is carried out on the ADAMS-Simulink platform to realize the automatic control of each component.The key components such as the blood sampling needle,the test strip and the swing arm can all move according to the design requirements.Fifth,the prototype of the automatic blood glucose detection device was built,and the prototype was debugged and tested,and the operating parameters of the prototype were obtained and data analysis was carried out.The comparison of the motion parameters of the prototype with theoretical and simulated values indicates that the prototype can reliably complete the automatic detection of blood glucose setting actions.
