Because the two-stroke engines burn fuel and lubricants at the same time, the phenomenon of CCD (Combustion Chamber Deposit) is more obvious than four-stroke engines. The deposit of CCD on the top piston surface and the cylinder make harmful effect to the two-stroke engines'function. It's needed high fuel octane percentage and reduces power performance and increase abrasive of combustion chamber and raise objectionable constituents of tail gas.It is instability of combustor's pressure, flow rate and temperature; in this case it is very difficult to test the CCD. This paper adopt new test metric mainly discuss the phenomenon of CCD under the simulated machine condition. The test count tow different part: Part I is heating test which use electric furnace simulation engine temperature conditions to detect biodegradable lubricant oil heat characteristic; Part II is heating fluidity test which test biodegradable lubricant oil on sloping and heating baffle that simulated machine condition in engine, both of them tested under the normal pressure。Heating test was mainly detective the effect of temperature and hold time in CCD's produce and study CCD's characteristic and change tendentiousness; Heating fluidity test was mainly detective Combustion Chamber Deposit Streaks (CCDS) which is stripe deposit of CCD on the top piston surface, interpret it's phenomenon, analyze its transformation.
