Design And Realization Of Patrolling Management System For Power Line Based On MapX

Patrolling the power line has stronger field. It is quite extensive that the relevant technology involved in research and development of patrolling management system for power line, mainly including GIS technology, database access technology, and network communication technology. At present, the development and application of these studies have being advanced constantly. Applying these advanced technologies to the patrolling management for power line, not only can widen these technical application domains, but also can improve the efficiency and the management level greatly.This paper elaborates on the design and realization of patrolling management system for power line based on MapX, and the main research of the paper focused on the following contents:Firstly, realize the intelligent management of routine work of patrolling power line.Secondly, use DBMS to manage the information of the patrolmen.Thirdly, study the communication between the server of the controlling terminal and the mobile terminal device PDAs.Fourthly, realize import and export data between the computers of the controlling terminal and the mobile terminal device PDAs.Fifthly, realize statistics for patrolling data.Finally, study the usage of electronic map in patrolling management system for power line.
