Research On Project Management Of Nanchang University Electrical And Electronic Experiment Platform Based On Quality Engineering

This paper first made a retrospective study of the theory and application of project management for the purpose of seeking the experiences to learn from.Secondly, it analyzed the present situation of the electronics experimental platform management of China's universities, focusing on the management features of those which have become the teaching demonstration center of the National Electronics Experimental Lab as well as the theory and method of application project management which only Nanchang University Electronics Lab Center has.The third part is the core content of this paper. It made a systematic study of the experimental platform project management of Nanchang University Lab Center, including the concept establishment of this project management, the task process model, the preparation of the project, the plan, the benefit calculation mode, the plan implementation, contract management, project control, the result operation protection and sharing after the project is completed. It also discussed the future development trend of the project management of electronics experimental platform.Finally, this paper concluded the innovation experiences of project management of Nanchang University Electronics Experimental Platform, that is, the managers and builders of "the software" project (teaching staff) are the one; the methods of collaboration and retail project management are applied in combination; and the benefit calculation mode of experimental platform is much operational, unlike that of economic benefit-oriented project.
