Quality Management Research On Building Construction Project At Eastern District Of North Lake Campus In Changchun University Of Technology

In recent decades,our country is keeping fast growth in varied directions,especially in economic field.The urbanizing process is a common and necessary part for a developing country,our country is building more basic properties as the developed countries has done.Lots of houses,roads and skyscraper is built,and more is needed.As is shown above,the development of the construction industry is in a great change nowadays.And the construction blocs have grown fast and they have led a lot of relational companies to enjoy the urbanization process.However,the urbanization costs so much materials and labors,we must focus on the qualities of the new buildings,as they are designed to work for decades.Low quality buildings would bring a lot of problems,people pay much for it but just get into endless troubles.And it cost so much to repair the buildings which are dangerous for their users that most of these buildings have to be abondoned,which is a great waste.It has a great impact on the long-term development of enterprises and is closely related to the health of the people and the safety of national property.The quality of construction projects will have a direct impact on whether or not resources are fully utilized.If the construction projects fail to achieve good construction results,it is likely to lead to labor and machinery.The irrational use of various resources,such as materials,will even bring a series of bad effects on the property and life safety of residents,and will also affect the degree of approval and trust of the developer and the constructor to a certain extent..The main characteristics of the project are large amount of investment,long-term,complexity and one-off.Therefore,in the process of implementation,the project management personnel need to carry out the whole process,all-round engineering quality control,so that each link affects each other.Mutual restriction.For a long time,the quality of engineering construction in our country is still unable to keep up with engineering management,which leads to the instability of construction quality of engineering projects.The project managers should fully realize the necessity of engineering quality control and effectively improve the economic and social benefits of the investment of construction projects.Strengthening engineering quality control has become an important research topic.Therefore,this paper discusses and studies the quality control of the east school building project of the North Lake Campus of Changchun University of Technology,and adopts the relevant theory of quality control.Combining effectively with the reality of the real estate development project,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and schemes to solve the problems in the quality control of the real estate development project effectively.It has strong guiding value and practical significance for the effective improvement of quality control ability in the process of real estate development project in our country.In this paper,the author mainly discusses the measures and methods of quality management in the construction project of Eastern District of North Lake Campus in Changchun University of Technology based on the example of the construction project of Eastern District of North Lake Campus in Changchun University of Technology.Some useful guarantees are put forward for the final management of the quality of construction projects in China and other construction projects under construction on a large scale.
