| Modern electric vehicles as a modern means of transportation plays an irreplaceable role in its environment and mankind, which focuses on the power production, automation, mechanical design technology in one system can embody an optimal combination of the performance of electric vehicles. Battery electric vehicles contains electric vehicles (EV), fuel cell electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, of which EV is one of the best "zero pollution" or "low pollution" vehicles and which does not have noise and vibration, operating performance good and so far superior to internal combustion engine vehicles, which is the one of research and development to replace the current vehicle of choice for internal combustion engine vehicles.This paper made reference to the electric vehicle battery electrical system design model in the Nanchang University which is called the first 'chang da' electric vehicle. On its based, a number of improvements in the power system model are designed and a new type of sedan driven by DC motor is designed too, which uses the 144V lithium battery series-parallel case composed with a set of 3.3V battery cells, to drive three-phase brushless DC motor, and by TMS320LF2407A DSP to control the PWM output, and then, to drive three-phase brushless DC motor speed making use of the full-bridge inverter circuit composed with the IGBT device, thus ensuring the motor speed control requirements. For ensuring the stable operation of the motor, using dual-speed current feedback loop control, making the stability of the motor to meet the requirements of electric vehicles, and the DC/DC transformation is also designed by the TL431, PC817, HCPL316J, UC3844, LT1117 and other chips,through the positive and negative output of this circuit can accurately±12V,±15V,±3.3V,±9V voltage, which voltage can give electric vehicles of various electronic devices and DSP power to maintain the normal operation of electric vehicles. On design parameters of these systems in-depth research and then the whole system on the line optimization, on the future of electric vehicle power system has some reference value. |
