Along with the continuously increase of the automobile retention,the pollution of the environment and the shortage of petorleum resources were inceasingly serious.Because of green environment protection and efficiently utilize energy,the electric vehicle(EV)was paid more attention by all over the world.Drive control technique of the motor was one of key techniques that restricted the development of EV,so the studying of the moror drive control system of EV has important significance. Then the test rig of EV's moror drive control system provided studying environment of solutiong of that key technique.The choice of EV's motor and the peculiarity analysis of direct current motor(DC motor) were studied by this paper,and mathematics model of the motor drive control system was established based on that.Along analysis of the peculiarity and the work characteristic,the system is steady and can be controlled.Then the control strategy of moror's current closed loop was adopted by this paper.In this paper, the structure and work principle of SIMOREG 6RA7085-6DV62 that the electric vehicle test rig used were studied,incleding the structure and work principle of power conversion controller,the adjust circuit in electrocircuit and the function of input and output.And the design of software included PI control process,main procedure process and interrupt procedure process. The constituter, work priciple and two control method of energy regeneration system were studied.The design project of test rig of EV's moror drive control system was introduced , incleding the structure and control system.Considering the EV's test rig and the relative requirement about China's criterion of EV's motor and controller test,the test project of motor drive control system was introduced by this paper.
