The Research On The Form Constitution Architecture Facade Based On Figure-ground Relation Of Visual Perception

According to the visual perception theory and the form constitution of architecture facade, this paper analyzes the impact of architecture facade from the viewpoint of the visual perception figure-ground relation. as one of the core theory of artistic creation, visual perception theory is widely used in all aspects of architecture design. Meanwhile, the form constitution of the architecture facade conveys the visual characteristics of building external image. This paper analyzes the form constitution of architecture facade and tries to illustrate the various forms of artistic expression of architecture facade with the basic principles of visual perception theory. It hopes to provide general and systematical design skills in the aspect of the form constitution of the architecture facade to guide architecture design.This paper is divided into four chapters. First of all, it represent the comprehensive understanding of the figure-ground relation in the architecture facade, including the acquaintance to the concept of figure-ground relationship and the three types of the figure-ground relation in the architecture facade. Then it separates the figure and the ground to discuss the constitution form of the figure and the ground in detail, including the relative differences between the figure and the ground and the relative location relation. On this basis, this paper makes a systemic analysis and summarize to the visual elements of the architecture facade, using the four principles of the visual perception theory. At last, this paper makes an explanation of visual deepness phenomenon in the architecture facade through the visual perception theory, and also analyzes and summarizes a series of different design skills of visual deepness.This paper adopts a great deal of examples, using the way of graphic to analyze in order to explain the content in the most intuitively way, and to make it easy to use the visual perception theory in the design of architecture facade.
