| The small non-contact tensile testing machine is an important measuring instrument for material tensile mechanical performance experiments.It can realize non-contact,real-time full-field deformation measurement of a variety of soft and hard materials,and is widely used in many fields such as materials science and experimental mechanics.However,the current users of the traditional small non-contact tensile testing machine are generally scientific research and experiment personnel in scientific research institutions,university laboratories,etc.,and they pay more attention to the functionality and practicality of the testing machine.Therefore,the design of the traditional small non-contact tensile testing machine rarely takes into account the user’s perception and emotional needs.In addition,the product perception design method has certain characteristics such as abstraction and uncertainty,and it is difficult to effectively solve the problem that many conflicts inevitably occur in the design process,which limits the direct application of product perception design methods such as small non-contact testing machines.Shape the perception of mechanical and electrical products.Therefore,in response to the above-mentioned problems,this article conducts in-depth research on the product perception design method and the structure and perception form design of a small non-contact tensile testing machine.(1)Aiming at the problem that the existing product perception design methods are difficult to directly apply to the perception form design of electromechanical products,this paper establishes a product perception design method based on the TRIZ conflict resolution theory.The method firstly rebuilds the product perception design field professionally through the engineering parameters,conflict matrix and invention principle of TRIZ conflict resolution theory,and establishes the product from the three design element levels of product function structure layer,product sensory layer and product experience layer.The exclusive engineering parameters of perception design and the exclusive conflict resolution matrix form a new invention principle of product perception design that can be recommended to resolve technical conflicts,and the corresponding relationship between the separation principle and the invention principle for resolving physical conflicts.Afterwards,with the established conflict resolution theory as the core,a product perception design process model based on the conflict resolution theory was constructed,and a set of efficient and convenient product perception innovation design methods were formed.(2)The functional structure design of a small non-contact tensile testing machine based on digital image correlation methods.The testing machine is composed of a driving part,a transmission part,a guiding part,a detection part,an execution part,and an image acquisition part.The structure of the whole machine is designed as the upper and lower parts with the loading platform as the interface.Determined the main parameters of the testing machine and the parameters and models of the drive motor,reducer,ball screw and other components;designed the structure of important parts such as the test piece fixture,fixture seat,CCD camera support frame,etc.;the digital image based on Hermite interpolation The solution algorithm of the related deformation measurement method has been further simplified to improve its solution speed.Finally,CATIA is used to establish a complete model of a small non-contact tensile testing machine,which lays the foundation for its perception form design.(3)Based on the structural scheme model of the small non-contact tensile testing machine,the product perception design method based on the TRIZ conflict resolution theory established in this paper is applied to perceive the appearance of the small non-contact tensile testing machine.Firstly,the conflict matrix of the perception design of the small non-contact tensile testing machine is established,and the recommended invention principle suitable for the small non-contact tensile testing machine is obtained.Through the actual analysis of the recommended principles of the invention,a specific solution to the perceived design contradiction was obtained,thereby shaping the perception form of a small non-contact tensile testing machine.Finally,the testing machine was verified and evaluated from the three main perception methods of perception design: vision,hearing,and touch,which verified that the design effectively improved the user experience and emotional needs of the small non-contact tensile testing machine.At the same time,the perceptual shape design of the tensile testing machine verifies the effectiveness of the product perceptual design method based on the TRIZ conflict resolution theory established in this paper,and can improve the efficiency of product perceptual design. |
