In this paper, the study on ceramic tiles packaging machine, in-depth study of complex mechanical products in the conceptual design phase of the solution method and model of sustainable innovation. On this basis, the total layout of ceramic tiles packaging machine was designed and evaluated, while ceramic tiles packaging machine key parts was researched and innovated.The thesis main was expanded from the follow four aspects:Firstly, base on FBS model, study on complex mechanical products solution method in the conceptual design phase and to satisfy the function of complex mechanical products. Use ceramic tiles packaging machine example, to solved the function its key components (ceramic tiles processing section) of ceramic tiles packaging machine. And get the structure (overturning device and grinding device) to content the functional requirements of the key parts of ceramic tiles packaging machine.Secondly, the function and structure of complex mechanical product are more complex, design is almost impossible to start from zero. Sustainable innovation model was more important to complex mechanical products. Clearly sustainable innovative models of complex mechanical products and model the mapping relation of the mathematical expression model, and demand changes in the variable set for changes in the product function,behavior and structure. Sustainable innovation model was applied to ceramic tiles packaging machine, achieve ceramic tiles packaging machine secondary innovation.Thirdly, the arrangement and connection of complex mechanical products was researched, on this basis, that to put forward three different layout program of ceramic tiles packaging machine, and based on cost,efficiency el to evaluate its use fuzzy evaluation. Get the most excellent total layout of ceramic tiles packaging machine.Finally, the mechanism overturning ceramic tiles was studied to the overturning device of ceramic tile packaging machine, then, the change of the velocity and acceleration of ceramic tiles were discussed during the tile overturned and the effect of impact force on the quality of ceramic tiles ,the influence to work stability was analyzed for the pull of conveyor belt frequently changed ,in the end the overturning device of ceramic tile packaging machine was designed for the requirements of tile working conditions. |
