Therefore, development of automatic tile packaging lines is mperative.Packaging corner machine is part of the main function of the packaging line of ceramic tile for avoid the situation that during tile transit he four corners of tile prone to breakage due to stress concentration. four with specially designed plastic corners cover the four corners of the tile.The paper uses the automatic a new generation of ceramic tile packaging line which my university and Guangdong EDING Industrial Co., Ltd,:odeveloped, The main works of the paper are finished as follows:(1) On the basis of the company’s existing packaging machine and several times of the tile packaging field investigation several times to understand their specific work situation, analyzed its shortcomings and lack of existing packaging corner machine and connection system then Obtained improved plan.(2) According to the catalog of the mechanical design manual and the company’s suppliers and mechanical design manual, the use of3D modeling software solidworks completed CAD mechanical design of the improved plan, and conducted finite element static mechanical analysis and modal analysis of the key component jacking tray.(3)With action analysis of improved programs,maked preparation of position detection and motion control plan, completed the design of control systems withthe use of PLC technology.The packaging corners machine and connection system have already been applied in YDB300X X model packaging line of EDING Industrial Co., Ltd and be able to meet the requirements on the project tender15packs/min, the operation rate technical indicators of>=98%and have been put into the market.
