The Design Studies Of The Transitional Space In Urban Domestic Architecture

With the expedited process of urbanization and continued increased standard of people's living, the need of the living environment is also changed, and than domestic architecture transitional space faces many problems. When home buyers who's purpose is living turn to the ones who was born in the 1980s by the media render, people tries to think:which dwelling environment do the ones who was born in the 1980s love? If transitional space in domestic architecture nowadays can make they feel satisfaction?If transitional space in domestic architecture is coordinated with their life pattern? Should transitional space in domestic architecture be in which direction in the future development?In this thesis, the transitional space in domestic architecture is the main object of study, according the point of view of the buyers who was born in the 1980s to identify the current shortage of residential buildings and explore how to improve the shortage of domestic architecture, finding out what kind of design transitional space in domestic architecture can really make up the demand of the ones who was born in the 1980s etc. With the working attitude of surveying questions, identifying problems, analyzing and solving problems, we use professional theory and design method to make discussion of research conducted on transitional space residential building design, combining the environmental psychology, and the sociology with the environmental behavior knowledge etc.The thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter, introduction section, hackles the research results of the transitional space in residential buildings at home and abroad on the background of current urban development at home and abroad, noting the significance, the content and purpose of this thesis, defining the related concept of the object of research.The second chapter, according to the analysis of how to promote residential buildings exchanges of transition perspective and sort out environmental psychology, environment behavior, psychological theories of communication, forms the main theoretical basis of this article.The third chapter, throughing to summarize and sum up the psychological characteristics, the family patterns, the family structure and the way of life the buyers who was born in the 1980s, gets out their demand on the living conditions and then finds the transitional space and the contradiction between demand and insufficient in today residential buildings.The fourth chapter, summarizes the residential building types and characteristics of the transitional space, to against residential building for the shortcomings of the previous chapter, to analysis of the residential building design principles of the transitional space, the transitional space on the residential building design techniques were described.The fifth chapter, baseing on the established theoretical basis of the previous chapters, using Hangzhou Warm Home, Beijing MAMO, Shenzhen Portofino Swan Castle as example, analyses the design features of these three real estate transitional space and finds out the design practices and advantage of these three real estate transitional space.
