The Human Reliability Analysis Of The Quality Control Of The Whole Vehecle Trial Manufacture Process In B Company

The trial production of new vehicles is important before the new cars launch,which turns the theoretical design into real model.It is indispensable in design verification.The quality of vehicle in trial production determines the results of followed tests and subjective evaluation.However,there are plenty of factors affecting the quality of vehicle in trial production,including the rationality of design,quality of components,rationality of welding and assembly requirement,human reliability,etc.In these factors,the trial production department can control the human reliability directly,which is the most effective factor for the vehicle quality.Because of the tough working environment in trial production,low consistency of component,a great amount of work,urgent tasks and unfixed working time,the workers will have negative emotion.It leads the quality of vehicle decreases.In this paper,combined with the impact factors of the automobile trial manufacture process,the actual investigation of the target enterprise is carried out.According to the actual demand,analyze the problems in the production and manufacture of the automobile trial manufacture stage.By using the comprehensive evaluation method,the safety factor of the production workshop and the factors of the failure of the system are analyzed and compared by using the analytic hierarchy process.For the analysis and optimization of the operating staff to improve the operation of comfort,action economy,work enthusiasm and improve the quality of products has a guiding significance.
