Clean Coal Technology Institute had built the model of clean coal technology (CCTM), but the evaluation model of IGCC had not been set up. According to the current status of carbon emission reduction, a power generation model of clean coal technology based on low carbon emission was established.When the coal is:Qnet,ar=24980kJ/kg, Car=65.58%, Har=3.62%, Oar=7.12%, Nar=0.66%, Sar=0.66%, Mar=8.5%, Aar=13.86%,600MW Supercritical power generation evaluation model and evaluation model for power generation 400MWIGCC calculated as follows:The calculation results of the 600MW supercritical power generation evaluation model were:the boiler efficiency was 92.60%, the power generation efficiency was 44.45%, the power supply efficiency was 41.78%, the coal consumption of power supply was 294.00 gce/kWh, CO2 emission was 821.13g/kW, CO2 emission concentration was 307.22g/Nm3; A 400MW IGCC power generation technology model was established and the computing results were:the IGCC power supply efficiency was 40.64%, the standard coal consumption rate of power supply was 301.58 gce/kWh, the CO2 emission of unit power was842.27g/kWh, CO2 emission concentration was 307.22g/Nm3.By comparing the calculation results of the model with the practical datas and feasibility study reports of power plants at home and abroad, the calculation results of the model showed to be reasonable and correct. To change the input of coal parameters, model calculation results to differ.Under the circumstance without applying high-efficiency clean coal power generation technology, the electricity production of 2030 was 92500 hundred million kWh, among with the thermal power generation was 65%. Calculated by the average coal consumption of power supply in 2008, the coal consumption of thermal power generation in 2030 was 20.98 hundred million tons, and the CO2 emission was 49.94 hundred million tons. After applying high-efficiency clean coal power generation technology, the CO2 emission of thermal power generation by low plan, medium plan and high plan in 2030 was 46.27 hundred million tons,45.83hundred million tons and 45.46hundred million tons separately. Namely after applying high-efficiency clean coal power generation technology, the CO2 emission by low plan, medium plan and high plan in 2030 could be reduced 3.67hundred million tons,4.12hundred million tons and 4.48hundred million tons separately.
