With improved productivity and socio-economic development , the rapid development of modern urban distribution network,the network structure is also becoming increasingly complex. Distribution network reconfiguration for distribution system optimal operation is an important means of great economic and social benefits. Distribution network reconfiguration process is through the operation of the network disconnect switches and contact switches,change the operation mode of distribution network,distribution system to achieve reduced power consumption,elimination of circuit overload and improve the quality of power supply and recovery of non-fault zone optimization of power supply and other purposes. This is to improve discrete quantum particle swarm and simulated annealing hybrid algorithm based on the distribution network reconfiguration problem is studied. This is for its own distribution network reconfiguration problem to solve,or on the field of intelligent optimization algorithm in the new expansion,which has a certain of significance.First,the physical wiring distribution network analysis,to establish a distribution network topology and mathematical model,based on the selection in this list is stored adjacent to the data stored in the distribution network,and then for the proposed node-based degree of radial distribution network quickly determine the application of law to do the necessary preparations. In terms of power flow calculation, this paper uses forward and backward extrapolation algorithm with hierarchical distribution network, distributed computing network trend.Secondly,the introduction of the modified discrete quantum particle swarm(MQPSO) and the basic simulated annealing algorithm(SA)algorithm based on the integration of these two algoritms form the corresponding hybrid algorithm (MQPSOSA).The method uses discrete quantum particle swarm optimization to improve the local search ability and fast simulated annealing algorithm global convergence characteristics of the MQPSO algorithm can jump out of the greater probability of local extrema, but also improve the convergence rate of SA. Two methods complement each other search,the algorithm can quickly achieve the purpose of global convergence.Finally,the hybrid algorithm will be applied to complex reconstruction of distribution network, we propose a node polymerization and application to simplify the rules on the distribution network analysis, on the basis of the particle distribution network initialization method described in detail. Through the IEEE 33 nodes and 69 nodes in the system simulation based on MATLAB platform to verify the feasibility and effectiveness. The hybrid algorithm will be applied to Harbin Electric Power Bureau distribution network,the results prove the practical usages of the method.
