At present, most of loader weighting system must work in static state or in uniform motion. So this is not real dynamic weighting system. This paper introduces the intelligent dynamic weighting system of loader in order to realize the dynamic weighting. And the system base on the programmable logic controller (PLC) in order to improve the reliability of the system.Because of the dynamic model of the loader is complex, so it is difficulty to setup model in math. Therefore, the paper introduces the indirect weighting method which adopts the hydraulic sensor to measure the pressure of the in-out-let of the loader. According to the relation between the height the bucket lift and the sampling value of the sensor, we select the best linearity part of the carve as the sampling area and fixed it by two hall sensors. By the most tests, we found that the pressure is different when the bucket to lift same weight in different velocity. And the pressure is also influenced by the driving situations of loader. So the system to realize the real dynamic weighting by use acceleration-tilt sensor to recognize the situation of the loader driving, and calculate weighting result according different sampling times in sampling area as the lift velocity.The design of the hardware and the realization of experiment of dynamic weighing system will be discussed in this paper. The practical application results show that the accuracy, stability and reliability of the presenting system are desired and the error is with in 1%. Finally, the system is applied in the practice.
