The Portable Dynamic Weigher For Railway Locomotive And Vehicle Design & Application

The weighting device introduced by the project is a potable, high-precision, dynamic electronic weighting device which doesn't need to change any existing rail, and the weighting device is only requested to place between the two rails, when railway vehicle through weighting device, values of weight and the position of goods is transmitted onto the weighting device for measurement.The principle is that railway vehicle weight load on the sensor with wheel flange when railway vehicle through weighting device,because the wheel vertical height changed by weighting device,then space appear between wheel and rail. The weighting device got railway vehicle wheel load by dynamic test system,then get axle load of railway vehicle by calculation,then get the situatin of railway vehicle weight and the goods inclined side.According to the request of the weighting device, dynamic test system which consist of by the sensor with fixed equipment and visual instrument is designed.it is introduced by the project that the principle of sensor and some question in manufacturing and operation.it is described that sensor fixed equipment adapt on different rails, it is described that visual instrument construction feature and trend too,the data process method is explained,so the weighting device is described.The weighting device after adjustment used for the special long and over sized heavy haul train locomotives and rolling stocks which used in Daqin railway, the excellent result has been achieved. The weighting device conform to the request of the special long and over sized heavy haul train for the measurement of wheel mass, especially suitable for the measurement of wheel mass of the special long and over sized heavy haul train, it is a promotion for the special long and over sized heavy haul train transport. The weighting device has a good future,and make large profit on society and economy.
